As a thrift store offering unique pre-loved items, we only accept returns under specific conditions such as if the item arrives damaged, has undisclosed defects, or differs significantly from its description. Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery and approved by our team. Please note that items bought on clearance, issues like sizing, or change of mind are not eligible.
