Return Eligibility

Eligible for Return

You may request a return if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Item received with significant damage due to shipping or transit

  • Product has a manufacturing defect that was not disclosed in the item description

  • Item significantly differs from its listed description

  • Item is in its original condition, with tags attached (if applicable)

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests

Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Sizing issues (all measurements are clearly mentioned in product descriptions)

  • Minor imperfections typical of pre-owned or handmade items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered after delivery

  • Items without proof of purchase

  • Items without a mandatory unboxing video


Return Timeframe

  • Within 48 hours of delivery: Initiate return request

  • Within 7 days of approval: Ship the item back


Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds may be requested only if 15 days have passed since the order placement and the order has not been dispatched.

  • Once a refund is approved, the refund amount will be credited within 7 working days to the original payment method.


Important Notes on Refunds

  • Refunds are not guaranteed for items returned outside the policy scope

  • If a returned item does not meet refund criteria, we may arrange redelivery via an alternative courier

  • All refunds are processed only after inspection and approval


Return Process

Step 1: Request Initiation

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item

  • Share:

    • Clear photos of the item and the issue

    • Mandatory unboxing video

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

  • Wait for approval from our customer support team

Step 2: Return Authorization

  • If approved, you’ll receive:

    • Return authorization

    • Shipping instructions

  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted

  • Authorization is valid for 7 days from the issue date

Step 3: Shipping Guidelines

  • Pack the item securely to avoid transit damage

  • Include original packaging wherever possible

  • Clearly mention the return authorization number on the package

  • We strongly recommend tracked shipping


Processing Timeline

  • Return processing: 3–5 business days after receipt

  • Refund processing: 5–7 business days after approval

You will be notified once your return or refund has been processed.


Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item:

  • Record an unboxing video immediately upon delivery

  • Take clear photos showing the damage

  • Do not wear, wash, or clean the item

  • Contact us immediately with the video, photos, and damage details

  • Retain all original packaging until the issue is resolved


Exchange Options

  • Store credit may be offered instead of a refund

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability

  • Exchange items must be of equal or lesser value

  • Requests must be:

    • Initiated within 48 hours of delivery

    • Shipped back within 7 days of approval

  • Approved exchanges are completed within 15 business days


Final Notes

  • All returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery

  • Items must be returned in original condition

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error

  • All decisions made by NekoAngel management are final

  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet policy requirements

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all return or damage claims
