At NekoAngel, we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. As a thrift store specializing in pre-loved items, we have established specific guidelines for returns to ensure fair treatment for all our customers.

Return Eligibility

Eligible for Return:

  • Items received with significant damage due to shipping/transit
  • Products with manufacturing defects not disclosed in the item description
  • Items that significantly differ from their listed description
  • Items must be in their original condition with tags attached (if applicable)

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale
  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Sizing issues (all measurements are provided in item descriptions)
  • Minor imperfections typical of pre-owned items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered after receipt
  • Items without proof of purchase

Return Timeframe

  • All return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days of return authorization.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested only if 15 days have passed since the date of order placement and the order:

  • Has not been dispatched.

Please note:

  • If an item is returned to us but the case does not meet our refund criteria, we can arrange redelivery through an alternative courier.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed for returned items that fall outside the policy scope.

Return Process

1. Request Initiation:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item
  • Provide clear photos of the item and any issues
  • Include your order number and reason for return
  • Await approval from our customer service team

2. Return Authorization:

  • If approved, you will receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted
  • Return authorization is valid for 7 days from the issue date

3. Shipping Guidelines:

  • Package items securely to prevent damage during transit
  • Include original packaging if possible
  • Attach return authorization number clearly on the package
  • We recommend using tracked shipping for your protection

Processing Time

  • Returns are typically processed within 3–5 business days of receipt
  • You will be notified once your return has been processed
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and credited within 5–7 business days

Important Notes

  • All returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery
  • Items must be returned in their original condition
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
  • All return decisions made by NekoAngel management are final

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item:

  • Take photos immediately upon unboxing
  • Do not attempt to wear or clean the item
  • Contact us immediately with photos and a description of the damage
  • Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved

Exchange Options

  • Store credit may be offered in lieu of returns
  • Exchanges are subject to item availability
  • Exchange items must be of equal or lesser value
  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery and shipped back within 7 days of approval
  • Approved exchanges will be completed within 15 business days
