At NekoAngel, we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. As a thrift store specializing in pre-loved items, we have established specific guidelines for returns to ensure fair treatment for all our customers.
Return Eligibility
Eligible for Return:
- Items received with significant damage due to shipping/transit
- Products with manufacturing defects not disclosed in the item description
- Items that significantly differ from their listed description
- Items must be in their original condition with tags attached (if applicable)
Not Eligible for Return:
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Sizing issues (all measurements are provided in item descriptions)
- Minor imperfections typical of pre-owned items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered after receipt
- Items without proof of purchase
Return Timeframe
- All return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
- Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days of return authorization.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be requested only if 15 days have passed since the date of order placement and the order:
- Has not been dispatched.
Please note:
- If an item is returned to us but the case does not meet our refund criteria, we can arrange redelivery through an alternative courier.
- Refunds are not guaranteed for returned items that fall outside the policy scope.
Return Process
1. Request Initiation:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item
- Provide clear photos of the item and any issues
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Await approval from our customer service team
2. Return Authorization:
- If approved, you will receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted
- Return authorization is valid for 7 days from the issue date
3. Shipping Guidelines:
- Package items securely to prevent damage during transit
- Include original packaging if possible
- Attach return authorization number clearly on the package
- We recommend using tracked shipping for your protection
Processing Time
- Returns are typically processed within 3–5 business days of receipt
- You will be notified once your return has been processed
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and credited within 5–7 business days

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item:
- Take photos immediately upon unboxing
- Do not attempt to wear or clean the item
- Contact us immediately with photos and a description of the damage
- Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved
Exchange Options
- Store credit may be offered in lieu of returns
- Exchanges are subject to item availability
- Exchange items must be of equal or lesser value
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery and shipped back within 7 days of approval
- Approved exchanges will be completed within 15 business days
